Return Policy: We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused Product(s). If you receive product is bigger or smaller. That’s a rare case but no worries. If you want to return the product for any of above reasons you will need to pack it carefully and send it back to us via a reliable courier service. This needs to be initiated and communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving the product by attaching the photos. We will confirm the return of the product and then you can dispatch from your end. Products return request will not be accepted post elapsing the timeline of 24 hours of delivery of your order. • Once we receive the product in its original condition without any damage, we will initiate the exchange. This can take 3-5 working days after we receive the returned product. There will be no refund in your bank account/credit card/Cash refund. In case the product is used / damaged during transit initiated through your courier, we will not be able accept it this process for processing further.
• Customized or personalized products are an exception to this process, and we will not accept return of any such products.
We take utmost care while packing the products for shipping through our courier
partners. However, we will replace the same product in the unlikely event of the
product getting damaged during shipping. Record an unboxing video. Click additional pictures of tampered outer packaging and inner jacket along with our Product. Share all these with our helpline team +919284018487 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Gahenaz Team will verify the damages and
confirm the exchange. Send us back the damaged product within 15 days.
Please note: Products sent back without a consent from Gahenaz Team will not be
considered for replacement.
Once the damaged product is received, a replacement product will be sent. If the
same product is not available for shipment, we will issue you a “Credit Note ” and
you can redeem it against any of our products within 6month. Please note there will
be no monies refunded in such cases. In the rare case where an order is placed but
the product is not available due to inventory mismatch, our team will inform about it
to the buyer. Buyer has an option to pick something else of the same value or have
that money kept in a credit note or get a full refund of the amount paid on the
original mode of payment.
We cannot exchange the products damaged during any of the trials after your
purchase.
You will need to ship the product back to us with appropriate packing and through
reliable courier service. Shipping cost has to be incurred by you.
When will I receive the exchanged item?
Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our center in Kolkata, the
replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard
delivery time i.e. 7 to 10 working days for domestic shipments. In case there is an
additional time required, we will notify you beforehand.
